Return Policy

Golf City Harbour Town aims to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we understand that some items aren’t always suitable and need to be returned.
  • We accept new, unopened, damage-free items with tags enclosed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • The shipping cost charged by Australia Post is non-refundable except for the instance where it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note: It’s very important that we get the items back that need to be refunded within the set timeframe as Paypal (the company that processes payments) has a set timeframe for refunding sales. Once this timeframe has passed, Paypal no longer offers refunds to sales including the transaction fees they charge us.

Return Process

Follow the steps below if you need to return an item:
  1. Please PRINT OUT our Return Form here and include it with the item/s you’ll be returning to us. This form must be included and filled out with all details requested to ensure your return is processed in an accurate and timely manner. Failure to include our Return form will result in delays in processing your return.
  2. Please return the item(s) to the postal address listed on the return form.
  3. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
  4. We process refunds as soon as the product arrives per the conditions listed above, refunds (less original shipping charge) usually appear in customer accounts within 24hrs however Paypal terms stipulate a 3 – 5 business day time frame.
  5. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel as we are not responsible for items lost being returned to us.

Exchanges

Existing transactions can be refunded but not modified, so exchanges need to be done in a separate transaction. This ensures you receive your replacement quicker and avoids the risk of the replacement selling out as our collections mostly consist of unique “one off” items.
  • If you’d like to change the size/style of an item you’ve purchased, simply order the replacement separately and let us know that you will be returning your previous order, send us back the original item with all tags etc attached and we’ll refund it immediately. Please include the Return Form as per our Refund process. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel as we are not responsible for items lost being returned to us.

Clearance

As we are an Outlet retailer, we do offer a refund or exchange if a clearance item doesn’t fit. We just ask that clearance items are returned immediately, with tags attached in their original condition/packaging. Please include the Return Form as per our Refund process. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel as we are not responsible for items lost being returned to us.

What If a Product Is Faulty?

If you believe you have a faulty item or goods delivered are incorrect or not as pictured or described, please e-mail us at sales@golfcityharbourtown.com.au to let us know. We can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available, you can request a replacement or refund for the product. Please have order details and describe the issue in the email. Photos of the item’s faults are also great to help assess your claim. All products purchased are covered under mandatory Government consumer guarantees.
