Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return an item. Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days from purchase date. Simply click here to learn more and begin the return process.
Simply send an email to sales@golfcitysports.com.au and we will do all we can to resolve. Please include a brief note detailing the issue with the item as well as your preference of a refund, replacement, etc. Photos of the fault really assist to speed up the process.
It is our discretion to repair, replace or refund an item if deemed to be faulty.
Orders
Orders that arrive by 12pm weekdays will ship same day. Orders received after 12pm weekdays as well as weekends, will ship next business day. To learn more about or shipping & timelines click here.
If you previously created an account, go to My Account to track your orders online. Customers who have not previously created a profile can click here and enter their order ID and billing email details from the order they’d like to track.
You may be able to make changes or cancel your entire order after you have submitted it. There is a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order.
